Hands-on Caning: Basic to AdvancedThis is a hands on class, geared towards building skills and/or learning new ones. The class will be broken up in two segments. In the first segment, Catherine will discuss types of canes, prepping your bottom vs. no prep, "proper" cane strokes, English caning (sets of six), tipping techniques, varied cane strokes, care of your bottom, developing bruises vs cane lines, proper breathing for bottoms and care of your canes.

More than a Stick: CaningThis class is geared towards building skills and/or learning new ones. Catherine will discuss types of canes, prepping your bottom vs. no prep, "proper" cane strokes, English caning (sets of six), tipping techniques, why varied cane strokes create options, care of your bottom, developing bruises vs cane lines, proper breathing for bottoms and care of your canes. Negotiating Contracts: The Intricate StructureLearn why contracts work for some and not for others. How do you know when a contract would be a benefit to you? What goes into contracts? Are they for bottoms/submissives only? Learn how to set up contracts that work, that are all inclusive, that address situational oddities and using Contract Advocates. This class will cover the perspectives of a top and a bottom. Catherine will discuss: How does one prepare for negotiation? What responsibilities as a top and a bottom do you each have when you negotiate? What might you bring to the table? What is essential?
